Delivery Options

Several delivery options are available, including Free Shipping on selected items, enabling you to choose the most appropriate for your needs. Delivery costs are calculated using the overall weight of your order giving you the most economical means of delivery, all available options will be shown at the checkout.

 

UK Delivery

Royal Mail 1-2 Working day delivery for consignments upto 2kg

2kg + Courier 3-5 working days delivery

 

Collection

We operate as an online business therefore customer collection is not available at this time.

 

European & Royal Mail World Zones 1 & 2  Delivery

Items are shipped by either Airmail or Surface mail, should you require tracking or insurance for your goods, this can be provided at an extra charge, please email us for further details.

We are not responsible for the cost of returned goods due to the non payment of Tax and Customs charges. We are not responsible nor do we have control over charges or taxes for importing items to your destination county, nor are we responsible for time delays so caused.

We will endeavour to deliver orders within 3 - 5 working days but this may be affected by customs in the receiving country and delivery times at worst can extend to 7 - 28 days. Items up to 2kg will be delivered by Royal Mail, 2kg+ other couriers may be used. Items are delivered to address provided and your telephone number will normally be provided to couriers should they need to contact you locating your address. We will not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day.
